Self-Service Function
The Self-Service Function provides students and examiners with a convenient online application that allows access to selected functions and data of the Campus Management System.
Students:
With the Self-Service Function, students can independently:
• view their status, enrolled semester, degree program, and academic history,
• upload a profile photo and documents,
• change their contact details,
• provide an email address for “Password Reset,”
• print their enrollment certificates,
• view their invoices and semester fee payments,
• print the current NRW semester ticket,
• register for and withdraw from relevant examinations,
• obtain information about registered and withdrawn examinations,
• view their current transcript of records.
Examiners:
As an examiner, you can use the Self-Service Function to:
• view grades you have previously awarded and, if required, export them as a student-related list,
• view the current examination registration list,
• enter grades for examinations that have already been conducted.
Activation:
Students automatically receive access to the Self-Service Function upon enrollment using the login credentials they used in the application portal.
Examiners must contact their respective department office to have their access activated.
